You can choose between four tracks: Commercial, Finance and Contracting, Software, and Project Management. We offer a two-year program that provides you with hands-on experience, develops your skills and network, and most importantly, gives you a strong start to your career with responsibility from day one. An IT degree is not a requirement – we are looking for talents who are curious, takes responsibility, and wants to make a difference.
The graduate is hired on a full time contract from the beginning (without an end date).
You will talk to your Manager and HR during your programmet, so we can determine, with role fits you by the end of your two year programme.
