On joining the business you will take part in our graduate development programme alongside your day job. Our “Yours to Shape” Graduate Programme is modular with a mix of virtual and in person events over 12 months incorporating workshops, site visits, masterclasses, digital support, small group meet ups and final team projects.
It is designed to provide you with support and guidance during your first 12 months in the business and as you make the transition from university to the world of work.
