About the Programme

The KPMG Challenger Academy is a one year programme for everyone joining KPMG at an entry level position. The Academy is split into 3 dynamic modules, each designed to develop you as a consultant. Whether you’re fresh out of university or have some experience either from consulting or another industry, we make sure everyone starts on the same playing field.

At KPMG, you have the freedom to shape your career. With endless opportunities to grow, learn, and take on new challenges, this is where you build a future, you’re excited about.

As part of the Academy, you set your own goals, work on interesting client projects, and get the best training to develop yourself. To make things even better, you get your own Koach (not Coach, we did spell check this job ad, but KPMG’s equivalent of a performance manager) to help you reach your full potential and achieve your goals.
