Our Global Finance Graduate program is designed to accelerate your personal and professional development. We provide an international framework in which you will play an active role in co-creating your own tailor-made journey. Through your daily work, you will gain a deep understanding of our business areas and different company operations while growing a strong professional network across the organization.
Novonesis Global Finance Graduate program is a two-year journey. The program includes several job rotations within Finance, as well as an rotation outside of Finance and one rotation being international.al.
During the last half year of the graduate programme, we will start to assess possible places for the graduate to continue their career in the company. This will both be facilitated by the graduate manager reaching out to different parts of the organization and the graduate is also able to find opportunities themselves. Depending on the job, a hiring process will be initiated afterwards.
