WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
You will support project management activities, contribute to performance analysis and optimization initiatives, collaborate with maintenance teams during site visits, and assist the Group Head of Maintenance Services Management in both operational and strategic tasks.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of maintenance operations by rotating across different sub-organizations and working closely with both operational teams and leadership. The role provides a unique combination of hands-on site experience and exposure to strategic decision-making within maintenance services.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, engineering or other relevant field.
Your Personality: You are curious, confident, communicative, proactive, punctual and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems.
Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
Language Skills: Fluent in English both in written and verbal communication.
Skills: You have confident knowledge in MS Office programs and Category B driving license.
