Within this stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program of our Materials Group Business Unit, you’ll tackle exciting 12-month assignments in different areas of Operations/Manufacturing at various production sites across Europe. We’ll empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations. You’ll contribute to both day-to-day activities and strategic manufacturing projects. Beyond honing your technical expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strong communication and leadership skills. These skills will be essential as you drive sustainable continuous improvement within the sites and make a lasting impact.

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Support of local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Enterprise Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation and Environment Health & Safety
  • Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications
  • Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

Qualifications

What we expect you to have:

  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant Engineering field, such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial / Production / Safety Engineering or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of relevant professional experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • First experiences with Lean Manufacturing are a plus
  • Additional language skills in French or German are a plus
