Graduate Business Analyst & Data Engineering

Description –

This position is dedicated to data & tools management in the Large Format Service Category team, within the WW Large Format Business Unit.

This is a key role to deliver business KPIs tools & tracking. As owner of the reporting tools, the data engineer will provide information, analysis, and recommendations to support team activities. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

The position will have a very close relationship with LFS Current Business Management team, providing support in business analysis tasks such as forecast, or targets setting exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Own/modify/improve current data solutions we rely on.
  • Ensure 100% data quality in the solutions that we deliver,
  • Own key report and first contact towards tools’ users,
  • Own/ improve/shape/maintain our day-to-day reporting solutions,
  • coordinates with other data science professionals,
  • becomes over time knowledge expert in subject matters.
  • Conducts research and data analysis for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for quality testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for process improvement projects.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience.
  • May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 0-2 years experience.
  • Essential: requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis;
  • Analytical skills.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
  • Power BI development & proficiency
  • Project management skills.
  • Business Intelligence skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Teamwork.
  • Excellent listening, speaking and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish & English, any additional is a plus.
