YOUNG POTENTIAL TRAINEE GLOBAL PROGRAM 2024

Scania is seeking recently graduates in Management Engineering or Economics for its Young Potential Global Program 2024.

This is a unique opportunity to join Scania Group, a worldwide leading provider of transport solutions, being part of a 15 month graduate program consisting of 5 training modules and 4 assignments (approximately 2-3 months each) rotating in different countries/areas.

The training part of the program will provide you with a methodology that you will be able to apply in your assignments You will also learn from others and challenge yourself on projects and tasks.

Learning weeks will take place in Munich & Södertälje (Stockholm) whilst rotations will be in different areas and locations: two at Scania in Sweden, one at the Italian headquarter located in Trento and one in another subsidiary in Europe.

The training part will be focused on leadership and self-leadership. You will reflect about the connections among vision, strategies, and processes and you will prepare yourself for a future career in an international company. You will receive support by a senior manager as your mentor during the full development program and you will team up with young talents from all over the world.

What makes you an ideal candidate?

  • Master’s degree obtained between 2022 and August 2024, preferably in Management Engineering or Economics.
  • Maximum of 2 years of work experience in your field of study at the start of the program.
  • Interest in automotive and industrial transportation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity and willingness to find innovative solutions.
  • Leadership and team working attitudes, open mind and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
