The BAT Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month rotational journey designed to accelerate your career. Every six months, you will rotate across different teams within your chosen business function, gaining diverse experience and skills. From day one, you will contribute to real projects, making an impact while learning from industry experts. Our programme includes world-class training, mentoring, and development opportunities to help you grow. A key highlight is the Global Graduate Academy in the UK, where you will join graduates from around the world for an intensive learning sprint, including two weeks in London. Here, you will engage in business simulations, leadership training, and networking with senior leaders. This experience builds a strong foundation for your future career, equipping you with essential business and leadership skills.
