In the Co-Business Graduate Programme you will start your career in a unique way.
This is because, you will be rotating between three different companies during the two years the programme lasts.
You will start your programme in your “Home Base” (company 1) and after 7 months you will rotate and go to your first “Host Base” (company 2). After another 7 months you will rotate to your next “Host Base” (Company 3), before ending your programme at your “Home Base” (company 1) for the last 3 months. 
This way of structuring the programme makes it easy for you to gain a great set of new and valuable skills as well as a lot of professional experience which is why, we choose to do it this way.

During the programme you will be matched with a mentor and a buddy, who can help you with guidance and support throughout your rotations. 
You will participate in different courses, teambuilding events, and get the opportunity to network across different companies as well as with the other graduates. 

If you are not familiar with Esbjerg, you will receive a great introduction to the city, when we, as a part of the pre-boarding process, invite you and your new graduate team, to Esbjerg for a fun “Get to know Esbjerg” event. If needed we can also help you find a place to live, where to find a social network (outside your job) or e.g., help your partner to find a job.
