The Graduate Programme in DFDS is newly established for finance and shipping profiles, and it offers you a unique opportunity to make your mark in an interesting business where we are committed to transforming into a greener and more digitised operation. As a DFDS Graduate you will experience a great network of peers, a steep learning curve, management exposure, and get a unique opportunity to develop personal and professional skills in a global setting. You will join a programme with three rotations of eight months duration. During one of your rotations, you will be working in one of our offices outside of Denmark.
During the last rotation we will in collaboration with the graduate explore different opportunities for a full time position based on the candidate profile and the business need. Some of the candidates will be offered a job in HQ – but it is very likely that the best match for you is in one of our subsidiaries outside of Denmark.
