Two-year programme, where you’ll be involved in a range of international projects, woth lots of exposure to the senior management

  • 12 months as an account manager or field engineer in Denmark
  • 3 months on an operational project at the national HQ in Denmark
  • 6 months of an strategic project at regional HQ in Manchester
  • 3 months on an international project outside of the region

Application Process

Once you are in the formal process, you'll be asked to complete a number of short online assessments and then a telephone interview with our Recruiting Specialist. From there you will attend a first interview with a member of the Danish leadership team, a day-in-the-life virtual 'field ride' to give you a real feel for the job and finally the assessment centre in Manchester. We will pay your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.

After the Program ends

The graduate is hired on a full time contract from the beginning (without an end date)
