Application Process

After screening of CV and other relevant documents, selected candidates will be invited for a recruitment process consisting of an online logical test, case work and interview with the hiring manager and a recruitment partner. The exact order and time and place will be specified in the job posts posted online in February.

After the Program ends

When the Graduate Program terminates, the immediate manager, with assistance from their local HR, determines the new role/position of the graduate. This is based on the graduates’ progress during the program, performance, assessed potential and the graduate’s development plan.

No two development paths are the same, but each is designed to match both the graduate and the current business needs.
