About the programme
As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation journey and make a real impact on our business. You will undertake a permanent position, having four rotations over the first 2 years at our global headquarters in Denmark including an assignment on a global team with opportunities for overseas travel. You will build a strong toolbox through hands-on experience in various functions, work with teams across the entire value chain, and gain a deep understanding of LEO Pharma and the pharmaceutical industry.
