Job Rotation and Graduate Challenge Project

From day one, you will have the opportunity to dive into your role and collaborate with different teams, both internationally and interdisciplinarily. Through job rotation and the Graduate Challenge Project, you will broaden your knowledge, gain insights into our company, and strengthen your professional and personal skills.

Performance Coaching

Ongoing coaching and feedback conversations, as well as regular check-ins, will help you achieve your goals, unleash your strengths and potential, and define your development opportunities.

Development

You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your strengths to enable you to work towards mastery. You’ll receive the opportunity to take part in the Graduate training week and additional workshops to grow your skills and knowledge even further.

 

The Red Bull Graduate Program is an intense 18-month development program like no other. It’s designed for recent graduates and while specific responsibilities vary, the program provides a unique opportunity to gain insight and hands-on experience with the daily operations of a global brand.
