Teach First Denmark engage the brightest graduates from universities for a two-year, fully paid leadership development program where they teach at schools in socially deprived areas.

In 2013, the Teach First UK the third most searched career opportunity in the UK among graduates and is the organization that every year hires mostly from Oxford and Cambridge. In 2011 sought 18 percent of graduates from Harvard in to the program.
