We are excited to announce the launch of our Finance Graduate Program – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future finance expert at one of the world’s most renowned company.
About the Program:
HEINEKEN Finance Graduate Program is a one-year path which consists of four rotations across our finance departments, each lasting three months, and will take place in our offices in Zagreb and Karlovac.
- Rotation 1: Set off in our Procurement department in Karlovac. Here, you will gain a solid grounding in how the business works. This rotation sets the foundation for your journey, helping you see finance in action at the heart of the business.
- Rotation 2: Continue in Zagreb in our Controlling department widening your perspective and understanding how different parts of the business connect and perform together. You will develop a broader business perspective and begin to see how finance enables better decision-making across functions.
- Rotation 3: Working across Process&Control Improvement and Transformation, you will gain exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects that increase efficiency and support stronger business performance. You will also learn how internal controls, standardized ways of working, and transformation initiatives help finance evolve and continuously improve.
- Rotation 4: Finishing the program in Accounting and Reporting department, you will gain hands-on experience in core financial processes and develop a strong foundation in how financial data supports business decision-making.
From understanding how the business operates, to analysing performance, influencing decisions, and ensuring financial integrity – you will experience the full finance cycle and be ready to take the next step in your career.

Criteria & Conditions:
- Education: A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a Finance related area
- Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required – but we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
- Languages: Proficiency in Croatian and English language is essential
- Travel Flexibility: Our offices are both in Karlovac and Zagreb
