  • Our 2 year Graduate programme provides a varied start to a career in engineering combining off the job training with rotational work placements and the opportunity to become involved in projects across the Wales & West Region
  • Our scheme is structured around the Engineering Council UK Standard UK-SPEC core competencies. In order to construct a ‘toolbox’ of knowledge and skills needed to succeed as an Engineer in Siemens, as a graduate you will experience a number of business functions that support Project Engineering Delivery such as: Safety Assurance, Signalling Application Design, Project Engineering, Bids and Tendering, Construction and Test and EHSS.

Essential Skills and Attributes;

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;

  • Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a Electrical/Electronic, Aerospace or related degree
  • Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
  • Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
