What you will do:
- Participate in rotational assignments across key operational areas
- Learn and support daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Develop knowledge of operational processes, WMS systems, and OMS principles
- Assist in managing workflows, planning, and stock integrity activities
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and projects
- Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliver results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, safe operations
- Gradually step into leadership responsibilities and team coordination
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed within the last 12 months or ongoing studies)
- Strong English communication skills
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Leadership potential and motivation to grow into a managerial role
