Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you’ll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and Digital Industries Software in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

One rotation will take place in Munich, while the other two rotations will be completed at international locations outside Germany (e. g. UK and US). This international rotation allows participants to improve intercultural competence that is vital to our global business, and become a more effective communicator across cultures. After finishing the program, you will become a part of Siemens Digital Industries Software GmbH.
The first assignment will start in August / September 2026, where you will assist the Global Sales Finance team.
Your remaining two rotations will be take place inFinancial Performance & Analysis – Sales Business Controlling or in Financial Performance & Analysis – Portfolio Finance Controlling or in Financial Performance Management – Global Sales Finance Executive Relations.

You’ll win us over by:
- Education:
- You hold an excellent Master’s, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent
- In Business Administration specialized Finance, Engineering or Project Management
- Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
- Knowledge from internships, student activities, professional roles, etc.
- A Strong background in data analytics, software, and financial analysis is preferred
- A broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments
- Complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of strategy
- Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
- Understand the key concepts of how to apply data driven decision making
- Ways of Working: You are a forward-thinking, highly motivated team player with strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Languages: You have excellent command of English
