Role Overview: We are excited to announce an opening for a Growth Intern position, focused on expanding our new product, Top Talent. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, talent acquisition, and the start-up ecosystem. As a Growth Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of talent matching, contributing directly to our mission of connecting extraordinary talents with exceptional opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and adoption of the Top Talent product.
- Engage with students and graduates through various channels to promote our platform and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance product positioning.
- Support the team in organizing virtual and in-person events and webinars.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings, contributing ideas for growth and improvement.
Metric
- Your core metric will be to increase our database of graduates in our Top Talent database
What We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- A keen interest in start-ups, talent acquisition, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
