Your mission:
- You will collaborate with the central & global sales organisation to understand the Mondi approach on how we support environment by shifting packaging to recyclable solutions and continuously reduce CO2 emissions. Furthermore, you will learn the importance of business mechanisms in different markets, while you gain an overview of collaboration patterns in a multinational environment as well as interactions between customers, sales, production plants, R&D and other corporate functions supporting the development of green packaging.
- Preparing data as required by various stakeholders and managers, as well as providing analysis and insight related to business performance are skills you will intensively hone.
- Rotate globally into different business segments once or twice during the programme. Your location of work will be defined in close alignment between you and your manager.
- Develop yourself, get to know the business and network with Mondi colleagues worldwide through onsite/online trainings, rotations, networking, and collaboration events.
- You will dive deep into our world of sustainable packaging and paper solutions and learn how our business contributes to a better world.
Your profile:
- You recently graduated business administration (freshly graduated from university – maximum 2 years ago)
- It would be great if you already have first relevant experience (e.g. internship), preferably in the sales/commercial area. If you do not, no worries.
- We communicate mostly in English. Any additional language is a great plus.
- You enjoy working with a multicultural team and have a goal-oriented mindset.

Our offer:
- The programme will start on 1st of September 2024.
- Location: France, Austria, or any (production) site within the Flexible Packaging network in the EU
- After successful completion of the 18-month programme, you will be offered an unlimited-contract along with a 5-year development programme; the final location is flexible and will be discussed with you towards the end of the programme.
