If you are a recently graduated in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials & Nanotechnology and Energy) with a strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment the graduate program will offer you a different experience characterized by high technology complexity.
You will be part of the Tenova Group and you will have the opportunity to implement the knowledge acquired at university in concrete realizations, such as machines and/or plants. You will be part of the Tenova Group and after the first onboarding phase you will be able to do a job rotation in a Tenova Business Unit. Technical courses and travel opportunities also at Tenova sites will enrich your experience!
Required Skills:
- Mechanical design know-how, design and calculation tools;
- Fluent English is a must (written and spoken), Spanish and/or other languages knowledge is a plus;
- International background and mind-set;
- Willingness to travel;
- Spirit of innovation and propensity for change and attention to environmental issues;
- Entrepreneurship, passion for technology;
- Team working;
- Management and relational skills;
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills;
- Top academic performance (minimum mark 105/110, Erasmus experiences is a plus, stage and/or additional training).
