Energinet Graduate Programme

As a graduate at Energinet you are part of a two-year programme consisting of three rotations in different departments – depending on your background and interests.

During the programme we offer relevant courses, networking with other graduates as well as mentoring, sparring with management and Human Resources. This way we guarantee focus on your professional and personal development, which help you to accelerate your career whether it is as a manager, specialist, project manager or something else.

Please note that we expect you to understand Danish to be part of the programme.

The graduates are in charge of their own career, so they themselves look for a permanent position that makes sense to them. After 2 years in the company they will have learned very useful networking skills in regards to finding the right fit for them in out organisation.
