The WSA Graduate Program provides a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers. The program is designed to build unique, diverse talent profiles needed in the company and to develop them into cultural drivers who understand our business from a global perspective.
The program is a two-year journey with three rotations, one international, each lasting eight months. We have recently expanded our program and now provide three distinct tracks: Business, Technology, and Integrated Supply Chain. The Business track has been a part of the Graduate Program since its launch in 2021.
In addition to the established Business track, the program’s new Technology and Integrated Supply Chain tracks allow graduates to gain experience in core areas critical to our operations. Graduates will also benefit from an eight-month rotation in one of our global sites, including Denmark, Singapore, Germany, or the United States, which adds further depth to their WSA experience and helps them develop practical skills in a real-world setting.
Graduates are hired in a post-graduation role if performance and business needs are met.
