Our Graduate Program is a transformative 24-month program designed to cultivate your talents through three cross-functional rotations within Finance, Marketing and Strategy or EMEA Commercial Development.
Being part of our Graduate Program means that we will invest in you and the other graduates, by supporting our graduates to become future WSA generalists and leaders with a broad global understanding of WSA and with the competences to thrive in various roles across our company.
A continued career with us after the program, is dependent on the performance delivered by the graduate (both how and what) and whether we can locate a job matching the profile of the graduate.
During the third rotation, we start a dialogue based on the individual graduate’s preferences and aspirations. Based on this we then initiate a process regarding a possible hire with relevant managers.
