Our Graduate Program is a transformative 24-month program designed to cultivate your talents through three cross-functional rotations within Finance, Marketing and Strategy or EMEA Commercial Development.

After the Program ends

A continued career with us after the program, is dependent on the performance delivered by the graduate (both how and what) and whether we can locate a job matching the profile of the graduate.

During the third rotation, we start a dialogue based on the individual graduate’s preferences and aspirations. Based on this we then initiate a process regarding a possible hire with relevant managers.
