Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you’ll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we’ll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You’ll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you’ll be doing;

– The successful candidate will work with the on-site team and continuously review and improve processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, accurate, and lean.

– Learn and work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.

– You will learn to take ownership of operational data and maintain it to the highest standard, ensuring it is current, accurate, and real-time.

– Develop and implement the latest technological advances to drive the digitisation of our services.

– Support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information to make better business decisions.

– Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist.

– Learn and manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and as part of work on our operational systems.

What we’re looking for;

– Degree-level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences or Geographical Information Science (to be achieved by September 2025)

– Able to work independently as well as a part of the team

– High problem-solving skills

– Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis

– Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets

– Desirable: A practical understanding of Power BI, SQL, GIS
