About the Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme
The full-time position as a Global Supply Chain Graduate offers rotational opportunities across our global organisation in places such as commercial operations, production sites and central headquarter where you can work in operational or strategic planning, demand forecasting and the digital development of our supply chain.
You can be part of our massive expansion effort and work with supply chain projects in Novo Nordisk through a wide range of exciting roles within diverse teams and functions. You will work with people who all

The position
During the two-year programme, you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of 8 months duration, in our corporate headquarters in Denmark, in one of our global affiliates or production sites. You will gain supply chain-specific experience, develop leadership capabilities, and improve your teamwork skills. These competencies will be built both by working as a fully-fledged member of the teams during your rotations and through tailored graduate-specific training courses.
During the first rotation in our headquarters in Denmark, you will experience hands-on learning and a solid introduction to corporate life. During your second rotation, which can be anywhere in the world, you will gain local market insight and get more responsibility to drive projects. In your final rotation, you have become an experienced professional and will be able to contribute to the business and drive your own projects.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed as a Global Supply Chain Graduate, we expect you to have:
- A master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field, for example within supply chain management, strategy, economics, management, international business, engineering, digitalisation,or innovation – and above-average academic achievements
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained during your studies
- No more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing a master’s degree
- A passion for working with business processes, strategy or digitalisation, high drive, can-do attitude,and an ability to adapt to change
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take the initiative and responsibility for your projects
- Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile
