The WSA Graduate Program is a 24-month transformative program designed to cultivate your talents through three dynamic cross-functional rotations and are positioned at our office in Erlangen, Germany out of which one of the rotations will be in Denmark.

Through the cross-functional rotations, we help you grow and develop a Software Project Management toolbox tailored to ensure your success in a job role after the program. You will explore diverse facets of our company by having a rotation in the three following functions:
- R&D Software Project and Program ManagementLearn our core processes and methodologies for managing complex R&D software development projects. You will be involved in all phases of real-world software projects – from initiation to release and launch – and learn how we combine agile software development principles with medical device regulatory requirements.
- Global MarketingBy joining our internal customer organization in Marketing, you will learn how we consolidate and transform use cases from different customer channels into concrete requirements for R&D Software.
- R&D System Architecture & TestThe software is integrated into a system that we deliver to our customers, which includes embedded software and the physical hearing instrument as other key components. You will learn how these system components work together from a system architecture perspective and how we verify and test the overall system.
To be a WSA graduate
You might be set to graduate your master’s soon, or have graduated, holding a recent master’s degree from 2024 in a technical (e.g. computer science, information systems/technology or electrical engineering) or business-oriented (business administration or project/program management) or a related field.
But that’s not all; here’s what we expect from you:
- Curious, enthusiastic, and purpose driven.
- Thrive in a diverse, global environment.
- Achieved excellent results in studies and work experience.
- Internships or relevant student assistant experience is a bonus.
- Ready to start on September 1, 2025.
