What You Will Do
- Shape the future of Supply Chain & Manufacturing : Work on impactful projects that drive improvements in logistics, infrastructure, quality, and continuous improvement across Essity’s global operations.
- Develop Leadership and Functional Competencies: Participate in a graduate onboarding, which will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Essity’s processes, tools, and global organization. You will be involved in key tasks and responsibilities while developing leadership skills.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Engage with teams across different functions and cultures, driving innovative solutions and challenging the status quo in the areas of health, safety, and sustainability.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Help improve systems and processes in logistics, infrastructure, and quality, contributing to Essity’s mission to create a healthier and safer world
Who You Are
- Degree: You have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management Engineering or similar fields
- While previous experience isn’t required, internships will be an advantage.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a strong curiosity to learn, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve shared goals.
- Strong communication and networking skills, thriving in dynamic and changing environments.
- An eagerness to make a difference and take action on innovative ideas.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
