Our Graduate positions here at Colliers will provide you with a first-class platform from which to launch your surveying career.

It has been designed to ensure that you are able to demonstrate the required level of knowledge, skills, and behaviours associated with becoming an RICS qualified surveyor.

This structured programme focuses on the completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for a Commercial pathway.

Graduate Surveyors will benefit from having an opportunity to build their experience across a wide range of services and specialisations that will help them gain a better understanding of the commercial real estate industry as a whole across the whole of the Bristol office, giving you access to an array of commercial positions.

For our Commercial Property vacancies, we welcome applications from candidates who already have, or are predicted to obtain, a RICS accredited degree. Please note that this is not a requirement for our non-cognate Commercial Property London vacancy.
