About the Global Legal Ethics & Compliance Graduate Programme
The full-time position as a Global Legal Ethics & Compliance Graduate offers three exciting eight-month rotations across our company globally, providing you with a broad experience and skills within legal, ethics & compliance. You get to experience first-hand how our functions play a role across the business in ensuring that Novo Nordisk can better develop and deliver life-changing medicines to our patients.
During the programme you will be working in a global organisation with many different stakeholders where your contributions and perspectives will play a valuable role in shaping the future for the legal and compliance functions at Novo Nordisk within the pharmaceutical industry.

The position
Over the course of this two-year programme, you will expand your international network, while gaining an understanding of our value chain. Together we will shape your journey by choosing the focus during your three rotations, all while being mentored by experienced colleagues who will challenge and guide your development.
You will be involved in a wide range of workflows within different organisational layers, acquiring international pharma industry experience with strong exposure to legal, ethics & compliance and other business functions. Simultaneously, you will be driving digitalization, simplification, and automation of processes within our areas, using technology to improve efficiency. Risk assessment and methodology experience will also be a central element in your development journey.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed as a Legal Ethics & Compliance Graduate, we expect you to have:
- Recent master’s degree (from 2024 or 2025) in a relevant field, such as law, business administration, political science, or public health studies, with above average academic achievements
- Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or similar activities obtained next to your studies, e.g., extracurricular activities
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
- No more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing a master’s degree
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Globally mobile (also beyond the Graduate Programme)
- Compliance or legal background and related experience is a plus
