TikTok LIVE EU Operation aims to inspire interactive creation and drive live business growth in EU. We have team members with diverse backgrounds and different talents, including creator management, data analysis, event planning, content strategy, and compliance management.
Responsibilities:
– Analyse user cohort behavior and performance, and use operation and product methods to improve live streaming performance data
– Level up the live streaming content quality by implementing streamer education programs and streamer daily communication
– Plan and implement online/offline events to drive streamers’ revenue growth
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2025 and available to start in January or May 2025.
– Quick learner, self-driven, and results-oriented;
– Clear logic, enjoys analyzing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems;
– Good team communication, data analysis, structured presentation skills, and project promotion capabilities;
– Proficient in both French and English, enabling effective communication with local EU creators and agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
– Relevant internship experience in internet product positions;
– Proficiency in Chinese or an EU language is preferred, though not required, to facilitate smooth communication with local EU creators and agencies.
