3Shape’s Graduate Program is an exciting 2-year program with three rotations within a Business/Commercial or Technical Track, including the possibility of an international rotation. Carlsberg Denmark Graduate programme is a two-year program designed to develop and challenge you from day one. During the program you’ll take on significant responsibilities and receive the support and mentorship you need to succeed. Whether you join our Commercial Graduate Programme or our Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll gain in-depth expertise in your field while working across multiple areas of our business, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of how we operate. As a graduate at Energinet, you will become part of a two-year development program with exciting tasks, focusing on your learning and development. You will have great opportunity to challenge yourself in different roles and tasks, preparing you to choose your career path at Energinet after the program. During the graduate program, we offer relevant courses, targeted professional learning sessions, and a mentor, ensuring you have plenty of opportunities to acquire tools and guidance for your development. While a permanent position after the program is not guaranteed, you are guaranteed a development process that builds a strong foundation for your future career as a generalist, specialist, project manager, or leader. Most of our graduates choose to pursue opportunities within Energinet after their program, and today we have many former graduates employed – from specialist to company director. Regardless of your field of expertise, you will have excellent opportunities to develop both your professional and personal skills. Our Global Finance Graduate program is designed to accelarate your personal and professional development. We provide an international framework in which you will play an active role in co-creating your own tailor-made journey. Through your daily work, you will gain a deep understanding of our business areas and different company operations while growing a strong professional network across the organization. Novonesis Global Finance Graduate program is a two-year journey. The program includes several job rotations within Finance, as well as an rotation outside of Finance and one rotation being international.
